Sous Chef Vacancy
We are looking
for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team!
We have recently recruited a new
head Chef, and are now on the lookout for a sous chef to help with the daily
running of our extremely busy kitchen!
In November we will be closing
our doors, Behind the scenes we will be working extremely hard and giving the
Anglesey arms a full makeover with extensive improvements to all of our trading
departments. This will include a full rebuild of the kitchen. We have ticked
every box and all the kit you could ever need is included.

What a Sous Chef does at JW
Lees:
* Lead the
kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
* Support
with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and
compliant kitchen
* Provide
guidance to junior kitchen staff members
* Ensure
that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with
the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
* Continuously
motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each
time
* The Sous
Chef plays an integral role in training and developing the junior
team member
