Key Responsibilities Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leases Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents Supporting senior lawyers on transactions Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients Providing practical and commercial legal advice About You NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal with up to 2 years’ experience in commercial property Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Able to work independently while collaborating with team members Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the property sector
