Technical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure projects align with business goals
* Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide clear and regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
* Facilitate communication across teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned for continuous improvement
Technical Project Manager Experience and Skills:
* Experience in project management, preferably within travel or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheets, or Trello
* Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
* Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
