The role is at a full-service law firm, facilitating companies and HNW individuals on a wide range of matters.Position Overview:My client is seeking an experienced leasehold enfranchisement solicitor of at least 4-years PQE, with experience working on a variety of property enfranchisement matters for HNW clients, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, leasebacks, deeds of variation, licences for alterations, 1967 Act, etc.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters.Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.Prepare and draft legal documents.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.Qualifications + Experience:At least 4-years PQE Qualified Solicitor within enfranchisement/property lawStrong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Bonus Scheme of up to 50% of base salaryUp to 3-days WFH per week.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
