What You’ll Do:
* Efficiently manage technical cases and keep clients updated.
* Oversee the progress of technical issues handled by the team.
* Use monitoring software to keep a close eye on clients’ IT systems.
* Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure quick resolutions.
About You:
* Previous experience in IT helpdesk support.
* Strong knowledge of various IT systems.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* A UK driving license.
