We are currently working with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across South Manchester who are looking to appoint enthusiastic, committed Early Career Teachers (ECTs) across multiple subject areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in schools that prioritise development, mentoring, and long-term progression.
We are looking for graduates who are:
* Completing a PGCE, SCITT or equivalent teacher training programme
* Passionate about making a difference in the classroom
* Confident delivering engaging lessons to secondary-aged pupils
* Eager to develop within a structured ECT induction programme
* Reliable, reflective, and committed to professional growth
