We are seeking to appoint a receptionist responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of all front of house reception tasks.
The role involves supporting conference hires, signposting customers, and handling queries from internal and external organizations. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You will assist the Senior Receptionist in achieving Western Gateway’s key priorities, with experience in sales, accurate record keeping, and data entry being vital.
