We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner Supervisor to join our team in Knowsley.

You'll be responsible for planning and supervising a fleet of HGVs and a team of drivers operating nationwide carrying Hazardous and non-hazardous. This is a hands-on role ensuring vehicle efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and oversee a varied HGV fleet including artic curtain siders, ADR vac tankers, rigid 26T vehicles, hook lifts, Luton vans, and Moffett-mounted trucks.
* Manage drivers carrying hazardous and non-hazardous waste across the UK.
* Maximise vehicle utilisation while ensuring SLA and legal compliance.
* Supervise and support drivers, monitoring hours, WTD, and performance.
* Manage driver holidays, sickness, and cover to maintain service levels.
* Work closely with the Transport Manager to deliver operational excellence.
