Main Responsibilities
1. As a trainee, you will be trained on how to de-bone, break down, and trim meat cuts.
2. Learn about different meat cuts and specifications.
3. Work in a safe, clean environment in line with current legislation.
4. After training, have the opportunity to progress through pay grades based on your skill level.
