About Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Business Systems Manager to lead the management, optimization, and strategic development of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is critical in ensuring the business systems support operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance across all departments. Key Responsibilities: ERP System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of ERP systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the ERP framework. Project Leadership: Manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT, finance, operations, and other departments to align ERP capabilities with business needs. Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Vendor Management: Coordinate with ERP vendors and service providers for support, enhancements, and licensing. Training & Support: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Proven track record in ERP implementation and optimization projects. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications: ERP-related certifications (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle ERP Certification) are a plus.
