Facilities Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent
5 hours, Monday-Friday
We are looking for a practical and proactive Facilities coordinator to help keep our Ellesmere Port site running smoothly and safely. You will organise and oversee day-to-day maintenance, ensure health and safety standards are met, and manage on-site contractors.
Make sure all building services (like water, gas, heating) work safely and efficiently
Respond to issues around site – from small fixes to arranging professional help
Organise and supervise contractors for repairs and minor works
Help improve the site with general upkeep and housekeeping projects
Identify and report health & safety risks and help fix them
Good knowledge of general building maintenance and services
Hands-on experience with building maintenance
Driving License
FLT License
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, and joinery
Experience supervising contractors or working in a lab environment
