YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Co‑ordinator to join our Factory Accounting Team.
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front of House Co‑ordinator to take ownership of all reception and customer‑facing areas at our Leyland site. This role is key to creating a positive first impression for visitors, customers, and colleagues, while also providing essential administrative and office support.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering an outstanding visitor experience, including greeting guests, managing sign‑in procedures, and setting up meeting rooms with full IT and hospitality support
2. Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional reception and front‑of‑house environment
3. Coordinating meeting rooms, post, stationery, kitchen supplies, and office facilities
4. Handling incoming calls, emails, visitors, and courier services in a prompt and professional manner
5. Supporting travel arrangements, purchase orders, invoices, and general office administration
6. Assisting with health & safety procedures, including visitor roll calls during evacuations
7. Providing proactive support to the Office Manager and wider team

WHAT YOU BRING
8. Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or administrative role, ideally within a branded or professional environment
9. Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
10. IT‑literate, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude
11. A reliable team player who takes ownership, embraces change, and strives for continuous improvement
