If so, this is an exciting opportunity to support and develop the Quality Improvement and Safety priorities by joining the team as a Quality Improvement Project Support.
Main duties of the job
The Quality Improvement Project Support will be a key member of the Quality Improvement team. They will have specialized knowledge and skills in the subject area and provide effective project and administrative support to ensure the delivery of trust-wide patient safety and quality improvement projects, such as the ExCEL accreditation programme.
The post holder will support project leads by coordinating information and reports, liaising with teams to understand performance status, and providing information for progress reports, including milestones, KPIs, and risks.
They will use their initiative, work independently, and report regularly to the Senior Nurse for Quality Improvement, adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications And Training
Essential criteria
* Degree educated and/or able to demonstrate equivalent training and experience
* Project Management experience
* Evidence of CPD
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of key NHS terminologies
* Admin or secretarial qualifications or equivalent experience
* Quality Improvement training or experience
* Previous NHS project involvement
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
* Proficiency in MS Office suites
* Data analysis skills and ability to present data clearly
* Experience managing projects to meet deadlines
* Excellent planning skills
Desirable criteria
* NHS experience in a large organization
