We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations in our establishment. Duties
* Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
* Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
* Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Assist with budgeting and financial management to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the service industry.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Familiarity with various POS systems.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
* Previous experience in fine dining, casual dining, restaurants and bar is advantageous.
* Experience or formal training in hospitality management is a plus.
