As an Applications Consultant in Capgemini’s award‑winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will contribute to delivery of large‑scale, complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for a diverse range of clients.

Hybrid working

Pre‑employment checks

Your role
* Implement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Service Centre.
* Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements and help translate them into system configurations.
* Learn and apply SAP best practices and stay informed on the latest updates on the SuccessFactors roadmap.
* Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams in a flexible delivery model.
* Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to team documentation and templates.
* Support the preparation of client presentations, demos, and pre‑sales materials in collaboration with senior team members.
* Begin building a professional network within Capgemini, with clients, and with SAP partners.
Your profile
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies.
* Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and team learning initiatives.
* Begin developing understanding of tools like Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone.
* Collaborate with team members to help clients maximise their SAP investments.
* Build communication and consulting skills through hands‑on project experience.
