Overview
Join or sign in to apply for the Software Engineering Specialist role at BT Group.
We are a team of around 25 people (mostly developers), based in Adastral Park, Ipswich. We build software to support BT's Network Operations Centre (NOC), helping them to keep our networks running smoothly 24/7. We follow a hybrid working model which means we spend 3 days each week in the office.
We’re big fans of agile software development, with practices like test-driven development, continuous deployment, and refactoring to maintain high code quality. We talk directly to our customers to understand how to help them and deploy and support our software ourselves. We foster a learning environment with tech talks, study groups, and regular "innovation days" to explore new technologies.
