Responsible for providing essential technology to 10,000 healthcare organisations across all major UK health sectors, we are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our innovative support service department. You will become part of the support service team that is responsible for offeringsupport on technical issuesto customersusing EMIS Health software in anAcuteNHS hospitalssetting. This specific role will be supporting either ouremergency department or medicines managementproducts.The role is customer facing but the customers are system experts so you will be problem solving andmostlyoperating at a second line support level, managing issues through to resolution.You'll deliver exceptional customer service, empathising with our customers, keeping them informed of the status of their incident, whilst always focusing on delivering the best solutions. This is a shift based role between the hours of 8AM 6PM, Monday to Friday. As a 2nd Line Support Analystyou will work from the Watford office a couple days a week.
