eCommerce Executive – Amazon Focus | Reading (Office Based)
We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive with a strong interest or background in Amazon marketplace management to join a growing consumer brand.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central helping ensure listings, orders, invoicing, and returns are managed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with an experienced eCommerce team and gain exposure across multiple channels, including Shopify and TikTok Shop.

What you’ll be doing
1. Support daily account management on Amazon (listings, pricing, promotions, and order checks)
2. Manage invoicing, tax checks, and claims
3. Handle returns, replacements, and general order issues
4. Respond to customer queries and product reviews in a professional, solutions-focused way
5. Help maintain and update product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop
6. Monitor pricing and stock consistency across all platforms
