Senior Office Administrator / Office Manager Location: Adlington, Macclesfield, Cheshire (in-person) Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum (pro-rated if part-time) Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for 4 days or school hours over 5 days Pumping and Technical Services Ltd is looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team. Based at our Adlington office, this varied role is central to the smooth running of our operations and offers a great opportunity to make a real impact. Reporting directly to the Company Director, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including general office management, accounts and payroll support, HR administration, and quality system maintenance. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, while also keeping internal processes running efficiently. We’re looking for someone with solid office experience, excellent communication skills, and a methodical approach to work. You’ll need to be confident working independently, juggling multiple tasks, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation. Experience with QuickBooks and ISO 9001 is desirable but not essential.
