Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. You will support marketing strategy execution across digital, content, and traditional channels, helping to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
* Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement
* Create compelling marketing collateral, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
* Coordinate email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
* Assist in website updates, SEO and content optimisation
* Track campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
* Collaborate with sales, product or operations teams for alignment
* Support the organization of events, webinars, trade shows etc.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and suggest improvements
Requirements / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1–3 years (or appropriate experience) in a marketing role, ideally with digital exposure
* Proficiency in social media, email marketing, CMS, and analytics tools
* Strong content creation, writing and editing skills
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
* Good communication and team collaboration skills
