Senior Account Manager – Digital, UX & Web Applications
London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office) | £45–55k + Bonus
Are you an experienced Account Manager / SAM or AD with a strong foundation in digital delivery, web builds, and UX-led product design? We're looking for someone who is digitally savvy to help drive impactful web and application projects across high-profile public and private sector clients.
You’ll manage key accounts and the full lifecycle of complex web and digital product initiatives — from CMS-driven website launches to cutting-edge web application design and UX strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape meaningful digital experiences.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning and growing key client relationships across strategic digital accounts
* Leading end-to-end delivery of CMS-driven websites, web applications, and UX/UI design projects
* Collaborating with product, UX, design, and development teams to deliver polished, user-centric digital solutions
* Hosting regular client reviews and surfacing opportunities for growth and innovation
* Supporting RFPs, renewals, and marketing material creation
* Ensuring delivery excellence across time, budget, and quality metrics
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in account management within a digital, creative, or tech agency environment
* Deep knowledge of the web and digital product landscape, including CMS platforms, responsive design, UX strategy, and web application delivery
* A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced digital teams
* A commercial mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes and scalable solutions
