Warranty Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Romford.
For your hard work as a Warranty Administrator our client is offering a salary of £27,000.
Benefits:
* £27,000 basic, £32,000 OTE!
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm ONLY/NO Weekends
* Environment: Well-established Main Car Dealership
Responsibilities:
* Manage warranty claims for the Romford site
* Use Kerridge DMS – full training provided
* Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
* Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
* Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to learn and navigate technical systems quickly, particularly Kerridge DMS
* Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
* Previous experience working with automotive warranty systems
* Knowledge of automotive industry processes
* Customer service experience
