Responsibilities
* Leading UX design across complex projects, from requirements gathering to delivery
* Owning and delivering end-to-end UX processes, including journey mapping, flows, and prototyping
* Championing user-centred design principles to ensure solutions meet user and business needs
* Running design sprints, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to align teams and define outcomes
* Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences
* Translating user needs and research insights into intuitive and effective design solutions
* Creating low-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate concepts and interactions
* Ensuring alignment with design systems and maintaining consistency with established design patterns
* Presenting ideas, designs, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
* Planning, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research
* Defining success metrics and using data to inform design decisions
* Continuously improving design, research, and delivery processes to increase efficiency
* Mentoring and supporting junior designers, helping them grow and develop
* Facilitating design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional ceremonies
* Advocating for best practices and contributing to the evolution of the design system
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in UX design, including research, prototyping, and implementation
* Strong expertise in user-centred design principles and methodologies
* Proven ability to lead workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional collaboration
* Advanced skills in information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
* Experience conducting and applying both quantitative and qualitative research insights
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve user outcomes
* Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, and Design
* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design for complex products and services
* Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistent UI patterns
* Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering value for both users and the business
* Mentoring or leadership experience, with the ability to guide and develop others
