Burch Recruitment is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of hiring the right people at the right time. You will play a key role in supporting and shaping our internal recruitment function, working closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a smooth, compliant, and positive recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple roles. Key Responsibilities Identify current and future hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job adverts Advertise vacancies across careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) Source candidates through online channels, including professional networks and portfolio sites Screen CVs and applications, keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process Conduct interviews at various stages, including phone screens, first-round and second-round interviews Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on the status of open vacancies Evaluate candidates based on interviews and any relevant assessments or assignments Define qualification and experience criteria for each role Maintain and update job descriptions as roles evolve Respond to candidate queries regarding roles and application processes Provide interview feedback where appropriate Support the onboarding process to ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed fully About You Previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, Recruitment Administrator, or in a similar role Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes Experience using a variety of interview formats (phone, structured, group) Ability to organise and support skills assessments and assessment centres (e.g. work samples, job simulations, psychometric testing) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CV databases Good knowledge of employment and labour legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment What We Offer £26,000 annual salary Company events On-site parking Discounts and subsidies Ongoing learning and development opportunities Why Join Us?
