Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Information Technology Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of Cludive's digital learning platform and tools. Key responsibilities include gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities to optimise processes, integrating technology solutions, and aligning products with the company’s mission of empowering Black immigrants in tech and entrepreneurship.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Information Technology and understanding of technical systems
* Strong Product Management skills, including experience with product lifecycle management
* Ability to gather, analyse, and document Business Requirements effectively
* Expertise in evaluating and optimising Business Processes for improved efficiency
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and inform decision-making
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams, especially within tech-focused or mission-driven organisations
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
* Passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact and inclusion
