ServiceNow Administrator – Cambridge (Hybrid)

Belcan is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to join our client’s Facilities Management team in Cambridge.
This is a great opportunity for a ServiceNow developer ready to step into a broader role—combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, system ownership, and process improvement.
As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage the platform’s day-to-day performance and long-term value. Your work will include technical support, system testing, and writing user stories to guide development.
You’ll also lead on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), develop dashboards and reports, monitor SLAs, and analyze trends to support continuous improvement. Whether managing small projects, supporting audits, or contributing to business analysis, you’ll play a key role in driving ServiceNow success across the organization.
You’ll have solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow—ideally from a development background—and be ready to take on more responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a working knowledge of databases will also be important.
