* Adapt quickly to different schools and settings, ensuring continuity in students’ learning.
* Encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Recent experience teaching English at secondary level.
* Excellent classroom management and the ability to inspire students.
* A flexible approach and willingness to take on short-term or longer placements.
* A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
