Senior Service Designer (Telco)Up to £500 per day outside IR35Newbury - Hybrid workingA global Telecommunications client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Designer to join their team and play a key role in shaping seamless, end-to-end customer experiences within the telecommunications space. This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale services spanning both fixed and mobile connectivity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of end-to-end services across digital and operational touchpointsTranslate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive, user-centred service experiencesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and network specialistsMap customer journeys, identify pain points, and drive continuous service improvementFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on service vision and outcomesEnsure service design aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and customer needsRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience working within a telecommunications (Telco) environmentStrong background as a Senior Service Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful service improvementsSolid understanding of fixed connectivity services (eg, broadband, fibre, leased lines)Strong knowledge of mobile networks, including hands-on experience or understanding of APN (Access Point Name) configurationsExperience working with complex systems and integrating multiple service layersExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirableExperience working in large-scale or enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with network infrastructure and telecom architectureExperience in agile delivery environmentsUp to £500 per day outside IR35Newbury - Hybrid workingTPBN1_UKTJ
