Role Overview


As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth operations across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:



Key Responsibilities


Records Management & Audits



* Maintain and monitor archiving systems.

* Prepare documentation for quarterly audits.

* Manage access control records.



Travel & Event Coordination ✈️



* Arrange business travel and visa bookings.

* Support planning and execution of internal and external events.



Office & Facilities Support



* Cover reception duties and visitor management.

* Handle filing, data entry, and document management.



Health & Safety



* Serve as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden.

* Oversee Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments.



Additional Support



* Assist in the distribution of sports tickets and event allocations.

* Provide general administrative support across teams and projects.




Qualifications



* Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.

* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.




Work Arrangement


Hybrid - 4 days in office 1 day from home
