Product & Commercial Manager

We're looking for a Product & Commercial Manager to join a reputable specialist travel brand. In this strategic role, you’ll lead the development and management of our tour products, ensuring we grow passenger numbers and profit margins while delivering exceptional experiences.
You’ll drive product strategy, manage supplier relationships, set pricing, and work closely with marketing and sales to ensure our tours are competitive, differentiated, and aligned with the company strategy.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and manage product & commercial strategies for international tours
* Oversee supplier contracting and pricing to optimise margins
* Ensure tour content is accurate across all channels
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive bookings
* Travel overseas to manage and develop products on the ground
What we're looking for:
* Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Confident working with data, pricing, and supplier negotiations
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
* Experience in product, travel, or commercial roles is a plus
Key metrics: Passenger growth, margin improvement, customer satisfaction (NPS)
