Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Willenhall
Basic Salary: up to £30,000
OTE: £45,000
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our established estate agency branches. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance, leading and motivating the team, and personally conducting property valuations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and support the team to achieve and exceed branch targets.
* Monitor and drive performance, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
* Attend property valuation appointments and provide accurate market appraisals
* Convert valuations into instructions, maintaining a strong pipeline.
* Build long-term relationships with vendors and landlords, offering expert advice.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase market share.
* Network locally and engage in marketing activities to promote the brand.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting as required.
What We're Looking For :
* Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in valuations and instructions.
* Previous experience in a leadership or valuer role.
* Excellent knowledge of the local property market
* Strong people management, motivational, and coaching skills
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
