We are recruiting for a Health & Social Care Assessor / Trainer to deliver apprenticeship programmes across Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
This is a home-based role with travel, ideal for care professionals or qualified assessors looking to develop careers in learning and development.
Duties include:
Assessing Health & Social Care apprenticeships (Levels 25)
Delivering training, coaching and learner reviews
Supporting learners through End Point Assessment
Completing workplace observations
Managing your own caseload and diary

Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or above)
2 years+ experience with xsngvjr adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
