Customer Service Assistant – Ideal Bathrooms – Milton Keynes

As a Customer Service Assistantbased in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:

First point of contact for customers for any query resolution through various channels adapting a high level of customer service to each query that is reviewed.

To efficiently take/make inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to the highest possible standard, contributing to company sales profit through the achievement of personal and team targets.

To process customers’ orders through various channels (Electronic, Telephony, EDI, WEB) Adhere to our returns policy when and ordering, successfully following all Office processes efficiently.

Ensure customers receive correct and relevant information with regards to any aspect of their experience with Ideal Bathrooms.

Ensure that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner implementing the ‘two rings’ policy

Have a full understanding of stock movements and deliveries from both ourselves and manufacturers

Keep up to date with all product knowledge and promotional offers

Adhere to telephony, query resolution, sales targets, shifts timings and breaks as provided by Team Leader, ensuring readiness to start work at agreed times

Process sales orders and returns in a timely manner ensuring accuracy by following the set procedures in the sales office.

Be open to take both positive or negative feedback, being open to try new ways of working and collaborating (internally and externally), to create a safe space where each and every one can express themselves to boost team spirit.

Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional manner at all times.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 09:00AM - 17:30PM.
