Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their well-established not-for-profit elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager (RGN) based in Oxfordshire.
We’re seeking an experienced, RGN-qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day leadership of a nursing service and help maintain high standards of clinical care and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
* Providing strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
* Overseeing audits, medication management, and regulatory compliance
* Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and supervision
* Working with the leadership team to maintain and improve quality outcomes

To be considered for this role, you will need:
* An active UK NMC PIN (RGN)
* Experience within a nursing home environment
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standards
* Leadership experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
The role offers a salary of £55,000 – £60,000, with participation in the on-call rota.
