We are looking for lover of all things social media to join our Social & Influencer team in Brand Marketing & Experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, content, storytelling, and digital culture. You’ll be working across some of the biggest financial brands in the UK, helping bring our brands to life through scroll-stopping content and influencer partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Content Creation: From initial ideation right through to production of best in class social-first content (static, video, stories, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Content production: Using your experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar to create brilliant social assets.
3. Copywriting & Editing: Write and edit brilliant captions, post copy, and short-form content that’s on-brand, entertaining and engaging.
4. Video Production: Support with filming, editing, and repurposing video content for social media.
5. Trend spotting: Alwayshave your eye on the market, platforms, emerging trends, culture to support the ideation of proactive and reactive social media.
6. Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages, flagging key insights or engagement opportunities.
7. Learning & Experimentation: Stay curious—explore new marketing trends, tools, and techniques to help us continuously improve.
8. Scheduling & Admin: Support the management of the pan brand content calendar, schedule posts, and maintain campaign trackers and planning tools.
9. Team Support: Provide general admin support including asset organisation, meeting notes, and tool management and agency engagement.
10. Influencer Marketing Support: Support the management of our roster of influencers — from sourcing, briefing to campaign execution.

What You’ll Bring

11. A unstoppable passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
12. Experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
13. Experience working with motion assets, filming, editing and storytelling.
14. Experience working with social, marketing, or design agencies is a plus, but not essential.
15. Understating of performance measurement and optimisation, algorithms, analytical tools.
