Role: Junior Office AssistantLocation: Central LondonWorking Pattern: 5 days in Office Salary: up to £30k (DOE)
About the Role We are seeking a Junior Office Assistant to provide front-of-office and administrative support for a growing investment firm. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a professional financial services environment, supporting both senior staff and the wider office team.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression
* Support meeting coordination, preparing rooms and materials as needed
* Manage telephone enquiries, messages, and email correspondence
* Maintain office supplies and manage general office logistics
* Assist with couriers, taxis, and travel arrangements for staff
* Help maintain accurate records, files, and office systems
* Support colleagues with printing, scanning, and document preparation
* Provide temporary cover for other administrative staff when required
* Undertake additional administrative tasks to assist the team as needed
Desirable skillset:
* Some prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Professional and friendly manner with strong communication skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic office technology
