Role Description/Criteria All applicants will require: a commitment to the Catholic ethos and to the spiritual, emotional, social and educational wellbeing of all students knowledge and ability to teach Religious Education a commitment to Child Safety and a knowledge of the Child Safety Standards the ability to create conditions for learning to ensure that all students are supported to reach their full potential a commitment to personalising learning the ability to work as part of a team and plan in a collegial manner an understanding of contemporary learning technologies and strategies a good knowledge and understanding of the Victorian curriculum the ability to effectively gather, analyse and use data to inform teaching effective communication skills a willingness to actively contribute to and be part of school and parish life The successful applicant will have the basic requirements of: registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school adhere to the St Joseph's Code of Conduct and Child Safety Policy The position will begin at the start of Term 1 2026.
