Responsibilities
:
1. Have a strong understanding of the managed IT services offered, including Monitoring and maintenance, data backup and disaster recovery, network management, cloud services, cybersecurity, vender management and help desk support.
2. Demonstrate product and industry credibility to customers and internal teams and provide strategic guidance on the latest IT Services and technologies.
3. Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on IT strategy, helping businesses align their technology with their overall business goals.
4. Drive customer satisfaction and retention through collaboration with internal delivery and support teams ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing client concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
7. To accurately report sales forecast and pipeline using relevant company systems
8. Provide feedback to internal heads on improvements to Daisy’s value proposition.
Qualifications
9. Solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and best practices.
10. A technical aptitude with a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, Networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services. The ability to provide accurate information and address technical presale queries from customers.
11. Experience in Sales and Account Management in the Managed IT Services Industry or similar.
12. Strong customer relationship management skills are crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This involves being responsive, proactive, and attentive to client needs and concerns.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
14. Strong sales skills and a proven track record of their sales performance are essential, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
16. Relevant certifications such as ITIL or vender are beneficial.
17. Driven individual looking for progression with a strong work ethic.
