As part of the HVDC Global Supply Chain team, the MPS Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the creation and management of all sales orders up to and including trading. This includes planning in SAP aligned with the top-level schedule and production order release, in line with unit purchase order requirements and manufacturing capacity planning. In this role, you will involve continuous improvement and further process development to meet business needs across the organization.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
* Loading manufacturing dates on SAP.
* Releasing production orders on SAP to the manufacturing team.
* Running daily shortage reports and informing the MRP team of potential issues with shortages.
* Reviewing SAP reports to ensure raw materials have backflushed correctly.
* Interrogating SAP for anomalies on production orders.
* Creating and amending sales orders from receipt of purchase orders.
* Trading and invoicing manufactured valve modules.
* Reviewing SAP stock and aligning with customer orders for trading.
* Raising ERNs to deliver sales orders.
* Supporting the manufacturing team on production order queries.
* Re-reading production orders when top-level BOMs have changed.
* Running daily COGI and ZPP reports on SAP and arranging corrections.
* Managing invoice queries on PACMAN.
Basic Qualifications:
* Process-oriented individual with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
* Experience with Microsoft Office.
* Experience with SAP.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, customer-focused, enthusiastic.
* Ability to work effectively across functions.
Desired Skills:
* Strategic awareness combined with tactical implementation capability.
* Analytical skills with the ability to identify and explain critical issues.
