The HR Advisor will provide a professional, efficient, and effective HR service. You will provide support to up to 3 locations; this will include the central team, and 2 primary schools but will be subject to change due to the changing needs of the Trust. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 1. Undertaking the HR administration associated to the employee lifecycle. 2. Being the first port of call for employee relation queries. 3. Processing payroll for your given locations. 4. Coordination of recruitment campaigns 5. Oversight of the HR inbox for the central HR Team and shared service. 6. Support the Head of HR, HR BP with project work and audit as required. 7.
