There will be much less focus on fee earning with this role and the Partners will be passing over relationships for you to be able to head up and be out networking. They act for household names and have described their client base as being fun and entrepreneurial.

The Role
You will join a team that is highly tiered in the Legal 500, with the office being based in London’s West End.
This firm’s expertise and experience of working for many years for clients in the hospitality and leisure sector means that it is fully able to service all of it’s clients’ property needs, whether they are restaurant operators, pubs and bars, café or ‘grab and go’ operators or cinema or other event space companies.
It has acted on transactions and negotiated documentation in most of the retail and leisure schemes in England and Wales and on all of the central London estates as well as at airports, railway stations and designer outlet villages. In many cases the practice has acted on multiple deals in the major schemes.
The firm’s involvement often extends beyond being merely it’s clients’ property lawyers and it act as effective ‘transaction project managers’, working closely with our clients and their other consultants and advisers.
