Certificated Enforcement Agent
Location: Southwest London
Salary: GBP 28,500: GBP 30,500 basic + uncapped commission
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role
As a Certified Enforcement Agent, you will:
: Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
: Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
: Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
: Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
: Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
: Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
What We're Looking For
: Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification
: Strong communication, negotiation and problem:solving skills
: A self:motivated, ethical and understanding approach
: Ability to work independently and manage casework efficiently
