Job Profile
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Training & Consultancy Officer to join a purpose-driven charity working to reduce harm and create positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of consultancy and training services that have a real impact across workplaces and health services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for training and consultancy enquiries
2. Manage diaries, booking forms, and training schedules
3. Liaise with clients and associates to coordinate sessions
4. Process invoices and maintain accurate ie/expenditure records
5. Ensure smooth client experience pre- and post-training, including feedback and follow-up
6. Maintain training management systems and generate certificates
7. Support bids, tenders, and client stewardship activities
What We’re Looking For
8. Strong administrative and organisational skills
9. Excellentmunication and relationship management abilities
10. Experience in coordinating training or consultancy services (desirable)
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
13. Passion for working in the charity or not-for-profit sector
