We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our brand new home in Tyldesley where we support 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities.
As aSenior Residential Support Worker,you will empower and promote independence in the people we support, encouraging them to be active members of the community. You will lead by example, delivering and role modelling the highest standards and providing support to the team on shift. You will be responsible for the record keeping of any achievements, outcomes and any concerns. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
