Your new companyTier 1 contractor specialising in construction, infrastructure, property development, facilities management and maintenance Your new roleMulti-skilled engineer - electrically basedA multi-Skilled Electrical Bias profile has a requirement to have or be in the position to qualify for EngTech Accreditation from a professional body.The Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer will deliver a combination of electrical, mechanical, water and building fabric planned, reactive and extra works engineering services across site, specialising in electrical disciplines; ensuring the contractor delivers a safe, customer-focused, cost-effective, efficient and compliant service to meet its contractual and legal obligations.40 hours per weekShift Pattern:Days 8:00am until 16:30Mornings 6:00am until 14:00Afternoons 14:00 until 22:00 Key Tasks and Accountabilities:Work independently and as part of a team carrying out routine PPM, reactive minor repair and installation works as assigned by the Workflow team ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded - Perform all work to specification meeting the required standards.Take full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, carrying out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements.Install new plant and equipment when requiredDiagnose and repair faults in systems and plantBe proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings.Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areasProvide regular updated information and condition ratings for the asset management database - Communicate with the Engineering Departments when support is required to ensure all tasks can be achieved within prescribed requirementsIdentify extra work requirements and provide details of required material and labour estimates to enable client quotes to be issued.Meets or exceeds operational and performance targetsWhat you'll need to succeed For non-supervisory roles, they perform skilled work requiring technical training (NVQ3 or equivalent). Up to 3 years' business experience, Level 3 NVQ or Certificate Level of Qualification.
