Job Description
In this fast-paced and varied Finance Manager role in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include;
3. Drive financial strategy by maximising revenues, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
4. Partner with senior leadership to provide accurate financial insights, reports, and guidance that support effective decision-making.
5. Oversee budgets, forecasts, payroll, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery.
6. Implement and maintain robust financial systems, controls, and procedures across all areas of the business.
7. Collaborate with commercial teams on revenue strategies, monitor performance, and provide clear variance analysis to optimise results
The Successful Applicant
For this Finance Manager role, we're looking for;
8. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
9. Proven experience in financial management and reporting, specifically within the leisure or hospitality sectors
10. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
11. Knowledge of financial systems and software relevant to the role
12. Ability to work collaboratively across departments
13. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
