Deliverables
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts for the anime project
* Translate scripts and story beats into engaging animated sequences
* Provide technical and creative guidance throughout the animation process
* Incorporate feedback from the creative team at each key stage
* Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience in anime-style animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
* Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or similar)
* Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative in animation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative teams
* Ability to provide both technical and creative input throughout the project lifecycle
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines
* Availability for ongoing collaboration and feedback sessions
* Experience working on client-driven projects is a plus
