We’re recruiting for a Mobile M&E Engineer, who is plumbing biased, to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services across a portfolio of client sites.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.
Responsibilities include :
* Plumbing
* Electrical PPMs
* Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
* Fabric maintenance
* Fault finding and general repairs
* Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements :
* Plumbing experience
* Valid UK driving licence
* Proven experience in a similar M&E role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications :
* 18th Edition qualification
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation
* F-Gas Certification
* IOSH Working Safely qualification
* Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information :
* 40-hour working week (Monday–Friday)
* Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota
