£43,180 – £50,444 (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep‑ins per month).
Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. You’ll be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, helping them regain their childhood and create pathways to becoming well‑rounded adults. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs; our aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for those in our care. Team leaders are fulfilled by affecting even the smallest positive changes, celebrating the little victories along the way.
Responsibilities
As a team leader you will care for our young people day‑to‑day, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. You will support the staff team, uphold the high standards of the home, and be prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.
We look for someone who can relate to and build relationships with the young people, showing compassion, emotional resilience and support, while inspiring colleagues through strong leadership.

* Base salary: £35,400 – £42,664
* Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep‑ins per month (£80 each, approx. £2,880/yr), Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (after probation), £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)

Onboarding
You will begin as a Team Leader with our Care Academy – a 4‑week off‑the‑job training programme led by experienced WG professionals to build confidence and readiness to support our young people.
