As an Office Administrator at Doree Bonner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a range of administrative tasks, provide support to our team, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Assist with invoicing and financial administration.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised.


Qualifications
